MEET THE TEAM

Communications Director

Throughout high school at Victoria West, William focused everything he could into coding, robotics and computer engineering, while teaching himself film and editing in his spare time, eventually getting proficient in Adobe Premiere.

Owner/CEO

Joe Anthony Pena is the founder of Concepts Digital Marketing and Concepts Digital Medical. Joe Anthony is a sales powerhouse with 30 years of marketing, education, creative directing, and who has represented some of the largest brands and companies in the world.

Production Director

Derek has been with Concepts Digital Marketing since the Summer of 2018 and moved up to Manager of the Victoria Office where he would oversee and help his coworkers.

Assistant to Communications Director

Oliver began his work at CDM in September of 2020 starting a career in digital marketing. He works as a Brand Manager for Concepts digital marketing creating and capturing content for our clients.
